Civil Wedding at Standesamt

Intimate, heartfelt, and timeless — your Standesamt ceremony is where your story officially begins.

We offer photography and videography for weddings at the Rathaus or Standesamt across Germany, capturing the genuine emotions, quiet smiles, and joyful moments as you say “yes” to forever.

Photo — € 289/hour

 FAQs

  • The number of photographs depends on how your day unfolds and the flow of events. On average, you can expect around 100 carefully captured and edited images per hour of coverage. Every gallery is curated to tell your story beautifully — focusing on quality, emotion, and genuine moments rather than sheer quantity.

  • For a full-day wedding, you will receive a beautifully edited 8–15 minute cinematic highlight film, capturing all the key moments — from morning preparations and the first look to the ceremony, cake cutting, dinner, and your first dance.

    For Rathaus or Standesamt weddings, a 5–8 minute film will be delivered, telling the story of your ceremony at the city hall and the joyful celebration with your family and friends.

  • Yes — advance reservation is required. Please book at least one month before your ceremony (popular weekends fill sooner).

    However, for emergency case, just ask me! We will find a solution out together!

    Your date is secured once we receive a signed agreement and a 30% deposit of the total package price.

  • For full-day weddings within Germany, travel and accommodation are included in the package price — there are no hidden costs.

    If your celebration takes place outside Germany, we can discuss travel arrangements together to find the best and most reasonable option.

    For register office (Standesamt) sessions, I can travel up to 300 km on the same day. If your location is beyond this range, an additional travel fee or one-night accommodation may apply — but don’t worry, we’ll always find a fair solution together.

  • You’ll receive a same-day photo preview with 20–50 beautifully edited images, so you can share your special moments with family and friends right away.

    The remaining photographs will be delivered within 7–21 working days, depending on the duration of coverage and the scope of editing required.

    For the cinematic highlight video, please allow an additional 7–14 working days for editing, color grading, and final touches — ensuring your film feels polished, emotional, and timeless.

  • A pre-wedding session — also known as an engagement session — is a beautiful way to celebrate your love story before the wedding day. It takes place days or weeks before your ceremony, capturing the excitement and connection you share in a relaxed and personal setting.

    Pre-wedding sessions are available within the regions of Rheinland-Pfalz, Baden-Württemberg, and Hessen. For destinations outside these areas, additional travel or accommodation arrangements are required.
